We introduced account verification and tiers to ensure that only YOU has access to YOUR money. We also need to confirm that you are who you say you are to enable you to enjoy our services with no limits.
Here’s all you need to know about tiers and how to move between them;
With a Tier 0 account, you can do everything, like receive money, make payment requests, e.t.c but you can not send money out. Every new account on Eyowo is on Tier 0 by default. A Tier 0 account doesn’t have a confirmed BVN (Bank Verification Number) and a valid ID (a driver’s license, voter’s card, international passport, national ID card, or NIN slip).
With a Tier 1 account, you can do everything, like receive money, make payment requests, e.t.c but the maximum amount you can send is 10,000 Naira per transaction and not more than 50,000 Naira a day. To upgrade your account to Tier 1 from Tier 0,
With a Tier 2 account, you can do everything, like receive money, make payment requests, e.t.c but the maximum amount you can send is 50,000 Naira per transaction and not more than 200,000 Naira a day. To upgrade your account to Tier 2,
With a Tier 3 account, you can do everything, like receive money, make payment requests, e.t.c but the maximum amount you can send is 1,000,000 Naira per transaction and not more than 5,000,000 Naira a day. To upgrade your account to Tier 3,
